At Alizeh, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's a quick guide to our return and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchange is possible ONLY if you received a wrong or damaged item.
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Don't forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
- Contact us at info@alizeh.pk to start the return process.
- Follow the provided instructions for returning your item.
Sale Items:
- No return or exchange on items sold at discounted prices.
Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon arrival.
- Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized stitching, express stitching, and shipping charges are non-returnable.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
- International Orders are non returnable
Exchanges:
- For a quicker exchange, return the item, and we'll process it upon receipt.
Refunds:
- Refunds are not standard, but cancellations within a day may be considered.
- Expect automatic refunds on your original payment method within 10 business days.
